Cambridge Tech Week 2026: Back in Innovation Alley
Another Cambridge Tech Week done, and this year, we had even more reason to celebrate.
We returned to Cambridge Tech Week for 2026, joining founders, investors, innovators and technology leaders from across the region and beyond for a packed few days of brilliant conversations and connections.
And before the week had even begun, we had some pretty exciting news.
Named one of Cambridge Tech Week's Top 20 Deep Tech Companies
This year, Decent Energy was shortlisted by the judging panel as one of the Top 20 Deep Tech Companies for 2026.
While we didn't make the final five pitching companies, being recognised among such an exciting group of businesses is something we're incredibly proud of.
Plenty of conversations, and plenty to follow up
Of course, Cambridge Tech Week isn't just about what's happening on stage.
We spent our time at Innovation Alley meeting people from across the technology, energy and investment communities, with some particularly exciting conversations around potential commercial opportunities, partnerships and investment.
There's plenty we're looking forward to continuing over the coming weeks.
Events like this are a useful reminder of just how much innovation is happening across the UK, and how many different technologies, businesses and people have a role to play in building a smarter, more flexible energy system.
